3 Weeks Home

After a little peer pressure from her friends, Sena is now the proud owner of her very own cell phone.  Jack unearthed this little gem in his room yesterday and she was thrilled.  She has talked on it quite a lot today, but the minute I pulled out the camcorder to capture the cuteness, she stopped.

We had a little photo shoot this afternoon.  Results below:

It started off well and good....

...then the silliness started.

You talkin' to me?

So prim and proper

So serious

So silly

Oh dear!
After three weeks at home, here is where we are:

Sena is walking well.  It is amazing how much progress she has made.

She is babbling a lot and starting to say some words:  Dada (she uses this a lot), Mama (not so much), ball (though it comes out as ba), baba (bottle), yeah, bye

She is sleeping great.  She usually sleeps 11-12 hours at night and takes a 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon.

She is eating well.  We found out today she is not a fan of peas, but most other foods that we have tried so far she seems to enjoy.

She loves her brothers and they love her.  This morning she slept late, so they didn't get to see her before school.  They were totally bummed about that!

All in all, things are going very well.  We are so thankful to have this little girl in our family!
