Rest

Matthew 11: 28-30  Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

I know that it is not God's plan that I worry and fret.  Ever.  He promises that He will give us rest.  His yoke is EASY.  His burden is LIGHT.  Why, then, do I continue to trudge along under the weight of multiple burdens when I don't have to?  Why do I find it so hard to leave those burdens at His feet?  I have so much to learn and I am so thankful that He is patient with me.
